Step 1 : Go to the wide version of clubpenguin which is http://play.clubpenguin.com/load.swf

Step 2 : Go to the Cove

Step 3 : Look in the binocular

step 4 : Wait untill the hudro hopper boat and tube

look at the right side of the picture there is a white tab when the hydro hopper boat comes by the tab dissapears
